Shipping policy
Delivery Information
After you have placed your order, we will lovingly prepare and pack your items ready for despatch within 2 working days. Please see below for our various delivery methods which you be able to select at checkout.
Standard Delivery (UK)
Standard delivery via Royal Mail is £4.95. Please note this is not a Royal Mail First Class delivery, it’s Second Class tracked. Delivery is free when you spend £100 or more. Next Day Delivery is available for £8.95. Orders must be placed before 10am to be sent the same day. For orders placed after 10am, orders will be sent the following working day.
International Delivery
We are currently not delivering to international destinations (including the EU) but if you DM us we may be able to help so no harm in asking!

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you have any further issues, please do get in touch with us.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Goods should be shipped back to the following address : Returns Department, Wardrobe at The Cross, 25A, High Street, Neston, CH64 9TZ.Goods must be returned in New and unused condition. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in saleable condition.
WATC will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tag.
The cost of returns is not paid for by Wardrobe at The Cross, but by the Customer. The following items cannot be returned: Face coverings, Beauty products*, bra accessories*, flowers, food gifts, furniture, gift cards, made-to-measure and personalised items, pillows, plants, single-use carrier bags, swimwear, toiletries, wine, non-branded toys and gifts, non-branded luggage and any products with a seal, where the seal is broken.
